Computer Peripherals Unlimited is proud to offer Pre-Paid bulk hour service contracts as well as our more advanced managed services contracts.
Our blocked hours service contracts are for customers looking to Pre-Pay for a block of hours to be used when needed for either in-store or on-site labor. Your block of hours is not time sensitive and will roll over to the next year if you haven't used them. So why purchase a Pre-Paid block of hours? Clients that use our Pre-Paid service contracts get discounted labor rates and same day on-site service if they call and schedule their appointment before 10:30 AM.
We have 20, 40, and 80 Hour Service contracts available. Pricing is available by request
Managed Services Packages:

Managed Services is the act of maintaining, managing, and monitoring SERVERS , WORKSTATIONS, and NETWORK DEVICES in virtually real time. In other words, we are able to do almost anything an internal IT staff can do for a margin of the price. (Even more in most cases with the reports we have available to us)
We combine active monitoring with maintenance to give you the most uptime you can expect from your network. Mission critical devices like servers are monitored and alerts are implemented for these devices if services fail or certain thresholds are met for that device. We often times know of an issue on your network before you do.
Our managed Services packages give us a secure way to remotely connect to your devices to do repair work and maintenance from our store. This means reduced onsite time for you and a saving of money for you when repairs are needed.
Reports that are generated from your historical data allow us to show you when a device needs to be upgraded or replaced. We can give you a snapshot of all software currently installed on any devices we monitor (except printers). This means we can give you a true hardware and software inventory report of your assets in your business. No more guessing what hardware or software you have in your devices.
